Returns and Exchanges:

Please fill out the form below to initiate a return. 
Only valid on unworn items within 7 days of receiving order. Returns will be processed 1-2 days after receiving the order at our studio. 

Cancellations:
Due to the fast turn around of our handmade items, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled before it's been shipped out. Please email cssupport@alexwatson.shop to initiate a return. Only valid on unworn items within 7 days of receiving order.

International

We do not accept international returns/ exchanges that charge duties to Canada. Thank you for your understanding.
